Jerry Zhang – Co Founder

Since grade seven, Jerry has been participating in each Waterloo Math Contest and achieving a top 25 percent result in each contest. Each school year, Jerry has consistently shown his strength as a strong and educated student and he wants to share his passion for learning with younger peers. Jerry has won distinction in the next University of Waterloo math contests: Gauss, Pascal, CIMC, Fryer, and Cayley. Additionally, his Junior Achievement company won Company of the Year in all of Canada.

Eden Xu – Co Founder

Eden has been passionate about math and science since she was very young. She completed the Kumon reading program in grade 7, the Kumon math program in grade 9, and is now a Kumon instructor. Eden has participated in many science Olympiads, and also qualified for and received awards in the city science fair multiple times. She has also been an avid debater since grade 6. Eden has won awards in the BBO and USABO for science, distinction in the Waterloo Gauss and Pascal math contests for math, and both team and speaker awards in many debate tournaments.

Lucas Wu – Co Founder

From a young age, Lucas has been interested in computer science and robotics. He has taken many coding classes, and is now a volunteer assistant instructor at ABAITC. Fluent in Python and C++, Lucas has participated in both the Junior and Senior CCC, acquiring a top 10% score and distinction in the Junior competition. Additionally, Lucas won second place in skills at Vex provincials and attended the 2023 Vex Worlds in Texas.

Qiqi Liu – Teacher

For the past few years, Qiqi has accumulated hundreds of unique experiences to help her reach incredible heights in her high school career. With experience in debate, computer science, piano, and more, Qiqi has found a passion to advance her education. Qiqi also has participated in several math competitions like Pascal, Beaver Computing, and Gauss. During her first year of the company program within Junior Achievement, Qiqi significantly contributed to her team winning the Company of the Year award in all of Canada.

Eric Ji – Teacher

Eric has obtained different experiences due to his interest in STEM. He has experience in robotics and coding along with the participations in various math contests. These contests include pascal, Beaver computing, and Gauss. Eric has volunteered in various situations including an immigrant education center.

James Li – Teacher

James is an AP student at Dr. Ep Scarlett High School. He has participated in and obtained distinction in a multitude of math competitions since middle school, including Beaver and Pascal. James has participated in programs such Junior Achievement and Vex Robotics, including participating in the Vex World Championships in 2023.
